OPENING PERIOD :From 05/04/2012 up to 30/09/2012. Daily prices per person in double room.
CENTRAL POSITION :In a quiet corner of Cecina Mare at 150 m from the centre and the beach (sand and shingle) ; garden and solarium terrace with panoramic view of the sea and Cecina River. Parking place available in the little streets near the Hotel.
Possibility of Private parking place at 400 m from the Hotel.
HOTEL SILEONI: The complex consists of the completely renovated main building " Hotel Sileoni" with 19 rooms, reception with Internet- Wireless, bar restaurant, and the 100 m distant dependence HOTEL- RESIDENCE VILLA ANTONIO with also completely renewed 32 rooms, reception with Internet- Wireless, bar. Both buildings are equipped with an elevator and all rooms have got a private bathroom with shower, basin, bidet, telephone, colour-Tv, Internet Wi-Fi, refrigerator, safety box, central heating, Air conditioning and some with Boalcony.

All our rooms have got air conditioning available from 19/05/2012 to 16/09/2012.

RESTAURANT :available from 19/05/12 to 16/09/12, with local cuisine and half board treatment or only breakfast; Breakfast buffet and choice out of three menus for dinner, both with waiter service . During the period A only Bed & Breakfast.
Full Board available in a typical restaurant, Da Olinto, by the sea at 200 meters, lunch à la Carte or Fixed Meals starting from 12,00 euro.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: Only on Saturday between 04/08/2012 and 25/08/2012 and minimum stay of 7 nights.
During the other periods 3 nights in Period A,  5 nights  in B / C and 7 nights in D/E. Rooms are consigned after 16:00 p.m and on the departure they have to be left before 10:00 a. m. All treatment will end with the breakfast of day of departure. Boarding meals which are not attended will not be refunded or changed. The above mentioned  rates are not available for meeting ,week end and Tourism Fairs.

CHILDREN: Up to 2 years old Free during all period, own baby cot accepted. Baby Cot on request 22,00 Euro per night. Children 2 to 6 years old 50% discount. Child 2 to 6 years old with only one adult 20% discount.

25 April , 1st May available Bed & Breakfast ,rates period B . 2nd June rates period C.
ANIMALS allowed. One pet each room 20,00 Euro supplement per day not accepted in the common rooms.
SINGLE ROOM: 25,00 €uro supplement per day.
BEACH SERVICE:  are available at the 150 m distant private and free beaches available. Not Included.
FREE SERVICES: Bicycles free in all periods on request and according to the daily availability Jacuzzi Idro-whirlpool available from 19/05/12 to 16/09/12.
ADVANCE BOOKING: -10% discount for reservations made before 30/04/2012. Available for stays of  7 days during the period from 19/05/12 to 16/09/12.
LONG HOLIDAYS : in all periods -10% discount during the 2nd week.
FAMILY PROGRAM: 2 Adults with 2 Childs up to 12 Years in a family room one is free. Minimum 3 days. No discount  applied to supplements  and to reduced rates. All these offers cannot be combined with the others.

Booking  & Payments To secure a room reservation, a deposit of 300,00 euro is due. The payment must be received with a bank transfer, credit card  or cash. The balance must be paid on the arrival before  the delivery of housing. For every booking made with special offers (last minute, advanced purchased, etc.) by email or in internet, the total payment could be required. Each rate includes 10% vat. A City Tax is not included in the mentioned Rates. Each rate does not include drinks and extras not indicated in the previous arrangements.
Cancellations Policies: Every booking cancelled within the 30 days before the arrival will be totally refunded. Cancelled booking will be charged  25,00 euro for postage and closing practice fees.
