INFO APARTMENTS
Stay: with arrival Sunday from 16, 00 p.m to 20, 00 p.m.
Release: Sunday before 10, 00 a.m.
Security Deposit: 100,00 Euro at the arrival and it will be given back the day of departure.
Children: 0-2 year Free during all period, own baby cot accepted. Baby Cot on request 22,00 Euro per night.
Animals: Little pets allowed. One pet each Bilo or Mono booked. 20,00 Euro per night.
Beach services: are available at the 200 mt distant private and free beaches available. Not Included.
Our Rates included: light, water, gas, bed and bath linen.
Our Rates not included: washing products, cleaning, Tablecloths, napkins, Toilet Paper and daily cleaning and all extras not indicated in the previous arrangements are not included.
Final Cleaning: included; except for the kitchen-Angle, 30.00 Euro if not cleaned by the guests.
Optional services upon request to pay on spot: change Bed and Bath linen per person 10,00 Euro.
BOOKING & PAYMENTS: To secure a room reservation, a deposit of 300,00 euro is due. The payment must be received with a bank transfer, credit card or cash. The balance must be paid on the arrival before the delivery of housing. Each rate includes 10% vat. A City tax is not included in the mentioned Rates. Each rate does not include drinks and extras not indicated in the previous arrangements.
CANCELLATIONS POLICIES: Every booking cancelled within the 7 days before the arrival will be totally refunded. Cancelled booking will be charged 35,00 euro for postage and closing practice fees.
